Starting on February 10th and ending on March 25th, LFC will be hosting an online auction for property located in the northern California town of Orland. Here are a few details I can share before the auction launches later this week.

The agricultural town of Orland lies about 20 miles straight down HWY 32 from Chico, the region’s bustling economic, cultural and educational capital. Although Orland has a population of under 10,000 residents, over 200,000 people reside in the greater Chico Metropolitan Area. Chico is home to one of the award-winning California State Universities and is best known for its focus on sustainability and environmental awareness and education.

Weston is situated in Marathon County and falls under the statistical metropolitan area for the city of Wausau. This town may not boast a metropolis-sized population, but it is increasingly becoming a significant stop between Minneapolis, Minnesota and Green Bay, Wisconsin.
