By order of the trustee, a ±29.1 acre plot of land in Spartanburg, South Carolina is in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and for sale at auction. Located at the intersection of Interstate 26 and Interstate 85, the property is un-zoned land, giving it an endless number of development possibilities.
